CALLER ID INTEGRATION -
enhances call handling by combining telephone company
Caller ID data with system call processing. Caller ID features include Incoming
Caller ID Display and PC Interface which passes Caller ID Data to PC software
applications.
OFF-HOOK VOICE OVER
- allows busy executives to have screened calls announced without interrupting
their existing call. They can then respond back to their secretary with the
appropriate response.
USER SELECTABLE DISTINCTIVE RINGING
- allows each station user to select a unique ring for their key telephone and
for specific C.O. lines (WATTS lines, local lines, internal calls, etc.).
TRUNKING AND NETWORKING SUPPORT
- includes capabilities such as Direct Inward Dialing (DID), E&M Tie Lines, and
T-1 service.
AUTOMATIC CALL DISTRIBUTION (ACD)
- is optionally available to provide enhanced call management and facilitate the
handling of heavy customer call loads with optional statistical reporting.
CALL COVERAGE -
allows users to cover co-worker's stations with Call Coverage Buttons. They can
determine at a glance who's phone is ringing and answer accordingly.
