Beacon Security's PC-Badge is a photo ID badging
system, that interfaces access control features with the badging
process on a single PC. The real time, multi-tasking O.S. enables
users the fastest and most efficient means of recording images and
data for the immediate or later printing of temporary IDs or
permanent access cards.
Compressed video capabilities allow users the
ability to store multiple images or graphic formats along with the
individuals access information,. PC-Badge expands the number of
card database fields in PC-PAK to 20 fields, 8 which are
searchable.
PC-Badge is designed to allow as much application
freedom as possible, providing backgrounds from video input or
from a color palette, sizing colored window areas, font
specifications, special color placements, and storage of images
for later retrieval. It takes less than two minutes to print, die
cut, and laminate a card.
